It offers free private projects for up to 5 people free of cost. With this free limit, you can very well evaluate the services and take them to your larger teams.

If you are customed to certain project management views or plan boards in your old project management tool, then there is a high chance to find the same in the Azure DevOps extensions marketplace with a lot of free community-provided extensions and also paid premium ones.

I have personally felt the look and feel more connected and easier when targeting the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform.
